2006 I sold 91 acres to a developer from New York. The objective was to build 1,000,000 sqft of retail space. Due diligence took us from initial concept planning to building a team of professionals on a local level to evaluate and make recommendations. The size and complexity of the project required partial rezoning and DRI approvals. The price was $24,000,000 for the land.
2006 I sold 8 acres of high end waterfront which had zoning for 1 house per acre. I worked with a team of professionals as we approached an existing HOA for their consent and massaged the property into 7 homesites. The price of the Land was $4,200,000
2005 I sold 11 acre Highway/turnpike property. The property was in the PUD phase consisting of 4 parcels. A 100 Hotel/Motel, Retail convenience store, flex space and office space, a total of 100,000 sqft rentable lease hold space. The price of the land was $4,300,000
2004 I sold 14 acre residential development site. The price was $1,400,000
2004 I sold 1.2 acres with US#1 frontage. Commercial mix use vacant land. The price was $460,000
2003 I sold a 2.5 acre commercial site. The price was $689,000
